Order Processing Time Because each item is printed specifically for you, please allow 2-5 business days for our team to process and prepare your order. Orders are processed during business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., $50].

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier to find a resolution for you.
